HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE?
You can change an item as long as you are not satisfied, you have made a mistake with the size when ordering, or the product has arrived in poor condition.
To exchange an item you must send us an email to info@joyitasonline.com indicating the order number and the reason for the change.
In any of these cases the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The items must be delivered in their original packaging and without signs of having been used.
You have up to 15 working days from when you receive your package for any item exchange.
Joyitas is exempt from any responsibility if the package is lost, during the return shipment. The customer is responsible for the package to arrive in optimal conditions.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
SPAIN
The cost of shipping within Spain will be 4.90 € and must be paid through bank transfer or PayPal before proceeding with the exchange.
INTERNATIONAL
For international shipping, our team will inform you about the cost of the new shipment for your region.
If your exchange corresponds to a new product of greater value you must pay the difference by bank transfer or PayPal. Under no circumstances can the product be exchanged for another of lesser0
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Joyitas does not accept returns unless the product has arrived in bad conditions or the item does not correspond with the one you purchased. If this happens contact us via email info@joyitasonline.com indicating the order number and attaching an image where you can clearly see the defect of the piece or the wrong item.
In case you have to send us the pieces back JOYITAS will take care of the shipping costs to our offices and once the order is verified and the request approved, you will receive the amount of your purchase through your PayPal account or refunded to your credit card in a period of around 10 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging and without signs of having been used.
You have 15 natural days to make any returns.
