Your order will be shipped in a maximum of 24/48 hours once it has been processed. If for any reason this is not possible, we will send you an email notifying you of the estimated shipping date of your purchase.

If you want to change the delivery address, after placing an order, it will be possible as long as the package has not been shipped, so please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email. Once we have processed your shipment we will not be able to change the delivery address.

If, after your order has been shipped, you wish to change the delivery address, the delivery will be subject to a charge corresponding to the cost of shipping to the new address you provide.

In Spain all our deliveries are made through NACEX by their courier service and transport. If you have any questions, doubts or problems with the company you can contact their customer service center.


International orders (outside Spain) are handled by UPS.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
